As a American I can only attest to the war on drugs in America. I know pablo escobar has made a dark spot in colombia history. But also the war on drugs in America began in this time period. The museum itself is rather small but it is OK to see all the things there. It is very expensive the entrance is around 25 dollars and the gift shop is extremely overpriced. If you would like to see Roberto Escobar and his signature you need to buy something in their shop in range from 100-350$. I did not like the presentation that some lady gave us, because she was describing it like Pablo was a God - they did not mention one bad thing that he did. They are promoting his actions like something normal. I felt a little arrogance from the lady...

ABSOLUTE RIPOFF AND TOURIST SCAM!

Don’t believe the good rating. You pay $25 USD for a super rushed 40min tour past cheap and probably unauthentic artifacts and memorabilia. They claim this museum was opened to tell the true story but in fact nothing was told. Also, they were trying to reassure us the whole time that we were one of the lucky ones to make it today. That all other days are super packed. Hahahaha.
