Hotel Colonial — Hotel in Perimetro Urbano Pereira

The hotel entrance is very small. The location is very central, taxi from bus terminal cost 4100 peso. Plenty of shops next door, we have to look very well for the entrance as the door is in between shops. Going to reception office you need to get through a strairs, and if you have a heavy luggage that would not be easy. ||||The hotel lobby is spacious and nice. A friendly girl who help us during check- in only speak Spanish. Our room is opposite to the reception office which is facing to the. street, No worry there is no noise at night after the shops are closed at 7-8 pm||||Is a small room, for people with big suitcase wouldn’t have enough space for luggage, we have one carry on and small luggage so is just enough space.||||We had two beds, fan in room, cupboard with hangers, drawers, mirror, fridge with basket snack (not free) free wifi in room and a small balcony||||Bathroom is very small, the toilet is against the shower and wall which is disaster, for big people can’t seat properly. Si bien el personal del hotel fue amable durante toda mi estadia y el cuarto fue entregado en optimas condiciones el dia que recien llegue,me gustaria resaltar unos cuantos aspectos a mejorar, no con animo de hacer mala fama sino para que sea tomado en cuento y se pueda brindar una mejor experiencia al publico: ||1. Deberia llevarse a cabo la limpieza de la habitación con un poco mas de frecuencia. Durante los cuatro dias que estuve alojado, solo se hizo el aseo una sola vez , lo cual me parecio algo molesto porque se esta pagando por un servicio completo y uno espera que este mismo sea otorgado con calidad, que se refleje lo mismo que ofertan a traves de los sitios web de hospedaje.||2. Deberia adecuarse el baño, luce un poco descuidado: Desde la fragua de las baldosas en la ducha hasta el lavamanos, se notaba que no se les hacia ningun arreglo desde hace un tiempo. La fragua de las baldosas se veia mal puesta y el lavamanos solo se podia abrir un poco la llave sino se salia el agua y se encharcaba el piso. ||Ahora bien, para aquellos que piensen hospedarse en ese sector(sea en este hotel u cualquier otro cerca de el), me gustaria que tengan en cuenta lo siguiente:||El hotel Colonial esta en una ubicacion muy buena a decir verdad, esta cerca de lugares esenciales como: tiendas (ropa, calzado,variedades), un supermercado (SuperInter), panaderia, restaurantes; Incluso pueden irse a pie y recorrer unos de los principales sitios turisticos (C.C La Victoria, El Centro Cultural, El Exito etc...) Sin embargo si piensan salir de noche a eso de las 8 en adelante, tengan mucha precaucion pues a esa hora, ese sector es muy poco transitado y practicamente la mayoria de negocios estan cerrados, sobre todo los fines de semana y festivos. No les estoy diciendo que sea inseguro, de hecho rara vez uno ve gente mal intencionada deambuleando por ahi, sino que traten de ser prudentes y salgan temprano (tipo 5-7pm) para que puedan sacar el maximo provecho de lo que la ciudad tiene por ofrecer...||GRACIAS POR LEER ESTE COMENTARIO|SI ALGUNA VEZ VIAJAN A ESTE DESTINO, ¡DESEO QUE...
