Service is good. But there are so many flaw in this hotel.

Elevator is always broken

2,no outer windows in the room

3, if you go outside. The refrigerator will cut off electricity

4, if your friend visit only some minutes. They charge it for 83,000 peso. Because you booked single room (my friend just stay a while. Don’t spend all the night )

5, noisy in room (I think it’s the question about the guests that night. )

6, Many comments in booking said. Yes. Pillow is very high. Don’t sleep well at all in every day. I’m so sleepy in those days.

Above all. I think service stuffs have no wrong. They try treat good to you. But the management layer of this is not flexible to guests. It will cause bad impression for guests. Reputation and score is important...

Pésimo servicio desde el check in, en donde llegamos y habían demasiadas personas esperando en la recepción, el proceso es lento y así mismo el personal. No son claros y nos entregaron las habitaciones de afán, una de ellas con un sofá atravesado y sin elementos como papel higiénico, no hacen una revisión previa de las habitaciones que van a entregar. Con el tema de parqueadero lo “solucionaron” enviándonos a uno en pésimas condiciones de seguridad y se excusan en “ningún hotel del centro tiene parqueadero o lo ofrece”, lo cual es mentira si ven hoteles como el Soratama. Al entregar la habitación, en vez de enviar mensajes positivos acerca del hotel, dan una imagen muy negativa en donde se refleja un pésimo servicio. No había tenido una experiencia tan negativa en cuanto a servicio en un hotel cómo esta el día de hoy, no se enfocan en el cliente ni en dar soluciones, con seguridad jamás volveré a quedarme en este hotel ni lo...
