El ventilador del primer piso hace mucho ruido, Puerta corrediza del segundo piso dañada hay que arreglarla, Beneficios: Ubicación, zona segura para caminar en la noche, asequible para almuerzos corrientes, lavandería y seguridad en todo momento.

Un lugar tranquilo y familiar, el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, la presión del agua es buena, la persona encargada es muy atenta y me parece muy seguro el mecanismo de guardar las llaves. Tiene dos baños lo que me parece un plus para una familia numerosa
