Let's start with 5 STARS ALL DAY! Saw the beautiful backdrop of the bar from the boardwalk looking for late night food and a good view with a breeze. Found it! Best part?... the service. I am a bartender in Key West, Florida and have high service standards. Greeted at the door, upstairs to the bar and I was joined by Francisco and Diana. Smiles and recommendations the rest of the night. Views over the Caribbean and ocean waves. Had the octopus and soy tuna...big portions. Delicious. Craft cocktail was great and they substituted a liquor for me no concern. Got me some special hot sauce from the kitchen because I'm a spicy gal. Honestly... one of the better bar experiences I've had. It's hard to find good things like this diamond in the rough. Only recommendation would be to clear more space at the bar to allow people to sit and tip and chat. Beautiful bar space. And photos on the menu... Americans need this 😆. They have a good selection of wines and the food is perfect for the beach. Make sure you tip more than you should and visit these people. Great conversation and excellent service! Thank you! Super cute place with a killer view. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Not sure if our waiter was just having an off day, but we only ordered our appetizers and asked for some more time to order the rest of our meal. She took off and never took our drink order. We tried to get her attention for 15-20 minutes as the appetizer arrived and she would not look our way. The bartender saw we needed some help and sent another waiter over. We asked for the bill and headed to another restaurant. Regardless of this server’s off day the crab empanadas were delicious. Não tenho por hábito fazer críticas muito negativas a restaurantes, mas há alguns restaurantes tão maus que não há nada de bom que se consiga dizer. Começa pela má atitude da empregada que nos atendeu ao início, com péssima postura e cara de enjoada. Mas pelo menos o restaurante consegue ser consistente, porque tudo é mesmo mau. A qualidade da comida é inqualificável, eu teria vergonha de servir comida assim. Não há qualquer brio nem dignidade no que servem. É inadmissível numa localidade com tanto peixe, e servirem peixe congelado e seco, já para não falar na má preparação. Começámos com uns calamares em que a única definição possível é vergonha. Produto de congelação, passando muito do ponto de fritura e totalmente insípidos. A minha mulher comeu pasta marinara, outra vergonha, massa seca, 4 mexilhões, 1 pedaço pequeno de lula e 1 camarão. Eu pedi peixe com molho de queijo. Vinha acompanhado de um arroz absolutamente intragável e patacones nem sei bem do quê. Pergunto-me se quem está na cozinha tem orgulho no que faz ou, pelo menos, se sabe o que está a fazer na cozinha de um restaurante. O mesmo pergunto ao proprietário, se acha que o que oferece é digno de oferecer (a preços totalmente desajustados) seja a quem for. Mas aparentemente não está minimamente preocupado, pois as críticas negativas não resultam em vontade de melhorar. Quanto às críticas positivas, ou tiveram muita sorte, ou são de amigos, ou então de pessoas que comem qualquer coisa. Quanto a mim, senti-me totalmente defraudado. E ainda por cima a empregada ainda tem o desplante de perguntar se queremos dar gorjeta. Com a atitude que tem, ainda espera...
