The water went out with no explanation and no information about when it would return. The front desk was unhelpful and even tried to charge me for an old motorcycle as if I had broken it. The breakfast was overly salty, and when I complained, I didn’t even receive an apology. I was messaged three times to pay despite telling them I would do it at night. Las habitaciones están en pésimo estado, la ducha no está completa, la puerta del baño rota, el televisor nunca funcionó, se mencionó al encargado y nunca fue a la habitación a revisar, nunca cambian sábanas ni toallas, la caneca del baño estaba dañada, tampoco se ve una buena limpieza en el baño. Llovió un día y al lado de la mesa de noche se llenó de agua. El personal de aseo es muy amable pero en recepción no prestan mayor atención, para solicitar algo dan un número de WhatsApp que nunca responde y atienden tus solicitudes dos días despues. |La seguridad tampoco es la ideal, se ingresa al edificio usando una clave, pero nunca funciona ese método porque siempre dejan la puerta abierta y no hay nadie cuidado, al ingresar a las habitaciones tampoco es seguro, una clave genérica para ingresar, supongo que es la misma para todas las habitaciones. ||Podría ser un gran lugar, se ve bien en fotos, pero la realidad es que les falta mucho...
