Hotel Rodadero Relax — Hotel in Santa Marta

Nowhere on the Hotels Website was mentioned that the the hotel in Rodadero, Santa Marta, Colombia is situated on top of a hill, surrounded by skyscrapers, distant from all shoping areas and restaurants and by steeple roads connected and therefore is almost impossible to be accessed for handicaps people. We had unfortunately booked this hotel in good trust and were very much disappointed by the situation. Furthermore, we were asked to pay 50% of the booking when we left the hotel premature, due to all circumstances. I am 83 years old, handicaped and con only walk with a stick and with the assistance of my wife. |Resume: room are substandard, ambiente is bad, bathrooms poorly equipped, service very poor, food poor... We will never ever...

Las fotos que tienen para mostrar el hotel son espectaculares, pero realmente, no hay nada espectacular... Demasiado costoso para lo que esperábamos, por ejemplo: El wifi no llegaba a la habitación, el mobiliario de la habitación (y en general del hotel) viejo, sin un adecuado mantenimiento, los colchones nada cómodos, a la ventana del baño le faltaba un vidrio así que todas las noches tuvimos zancudos y moscos, pues alrededor del hotel hay lotes abandonados convertidos en basureros; no hay opción de desayuno para los niños, ni dan fruta, y para añadir algo más, la atención de los recepcionistas del hotel fue buena-regular, puntualmente la del más joven de los tres... Me pesa lo que se pagó, sólo por ser temporada alta y no tener...
