Hotel Rodadero Inn By GEH Suites — Hotel in Santa Marta

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Our first impression was very bad. The room they gave us was really tiny and dark. A double bed and a bunk bed in an area that should be just for a single bed. We couldn't open the windows, so it was dark ,humid and there was never ventilation. There were no chairs , not a bin, a refri or even a shelf in the room so it was very uncomfortable with the towels or the clothes. The wardrobe was a joke, it was too dark you couldn't see what was in there so u needed to use either a torchlight or keep the toilet open with lights on. When u had the doors of the bathroom open you couldn't open the wardrobe. In the toilet there was not even a small shelf to put on toiletries, which btw were not given to us. The towels were stained ... Second disappointment was the ""pool"" ... We really can't understand how shameless they are to advertise they have a pool when it's more like as small as a jacuzzi. It look old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was ok, but very tiny portions... The staff was very kind and tried to help us as much...

Great place to stay. Very close to a little beach. And not far from the Salguero beach. Staff are very nice. So friendly. Parts of the interior need updating. Breakfast could be improved. But very adequate. Small swimming pool where you can drink a beer or cool off. I paid $ 30 a night. Excellent...

Clean beds ! But not very comfortable ! staff was nice ! Room was clean ! Over all it was ok ! for the price ! had a good time visiting the restaurants ! and seeing the city ! Do no go out alone ! or go out alone...at night...Stay on the main streets.and roads.Not Safe at a late hour...as all...
