Stunning Villa overlooking the entire Guiones beach. We stayed for a full week while we got to know the area. Three floors of impeccable attention to detail including super comfortable beds, an amazing open kitchen / living area, and a private pool, all with the most spectacular views in the area. If crazy once in a lifetime sunsets are what you are looking for, it doesnt get much better. This is the perfect villa for a family (or two families who are vacationing together) with kids old enough to appreciate a huge deck, bunk beds with pool access, and the occasional howler monkeys who make their way by in the early morning. The villa sits just above the big road that runs through town with steep stairs that take you down. It's only about a 10 or so minute walk to the beach, so it is quite close, but if you do plan to be back and forth daily or even multiple times a day (if your surfing or your kids are beach babies) you will definitely want to have a car or 4 wheeler to make it easy on the way home (which is a short but steep walk up the stairs). We were one of the first guests to stay there and they were installing a couple extra amenities when we left including a big umbrella for the pool and special automatic black out drapes in the living room to keep out the sun which can get very hot during the day.

This place blew me away. The design is contemporary, and large windows flood the whole house with natural light. Glass doors that open up the entire living room to the top terrace bring the beautiful nature of Guanacaste, Costa Rica, into the generous living space. The view over the tree canopy and onto the ocean is simply incredible, with sunsets that made me never want to leave. One house has a terrace built around a tree, further integrating the structure with the natural surroundings. On some days, howler monkeys frequent the trees on the property to feed, and you can spot birds and other wildlife. The infinity pools off the lower terraces are perfect for a swim and relaxing, or simply to gaze into when they reflect the stunning sunsets. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, contemporary, with custom furniture made by local craftsmen. A set of winding stairs lead down the hill to the road so you can walk to the beach, local restaurants, or stores. The kitchen has all the amenities we needed. So the only difficult choice when renting this property is: which villa do you pick? Either way, you made the right choice!

Thank you for the perfect “home” away from home to spend with my family celebrating a very big Birthday! The home was stunning and ocean views fabulous when drinking a delicious cup of Costa Rican coffee! The home had all the amenities and comforts one would wish when away. The pool was fabulous in the afternoons… we brought floats to lounge/relax in the water. We also enjoyed the not so far walk to the beach and the local restaurants and shops. You must go visit Cafe de Paris for their coffees, bread (monkeys bread esp :)) and sandwiches. You did mention that you would be installing AC in the main sitting area on 3rd floor… this would be beneficial as it get very hot in the afternoons, but the pool took care of most of the afternoons anyway. In summary, i would recommend this home to anyone wishing to live like the locals when visiting Nosara… a true gem🤗 Thank you Jade for your hospitality… Lorraine
