Cooking with Lidiana, Eddy and Aron, a Costa Rican Family, is a really neat experience! Not only is this place an Airbnb, but it is also an opportunity to share cooking with a Costa Rican Family. The family is wonderful and the experience includes taking a tour of their organic garden from where they receive all of their fruits and vegetables along with organically raised chicken. This tour sets up the stage to show you how much passion this family has in growing fruits and vegetables and raising chicken that are not only healthy and nutritious but very delicious! Oh my gosh, I just can't say enough good things about this family! Make a visit here part of your plans. We booked a night walk to see nocturnal creatures, but if poison frogs, snakes, spiders and ocelot aren't your thing, go for the cooking class. The tour was guided by Edison and Eddy, both very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Amazing! We also got to tour the farm, an expansive garden where a cornucopia of foods and seasonings are grown. At the end, Lidiana brought us a cup of coffee and truly delicious homemade cuisine. 5 min away from La Fortuna, a few well located signs that will make it hard to get lost. Of course you can get there easily with Waze or Maps.

Lidiana's welcome was amazing. She was waiting for us with fresh homemade pineapple juice.

Wasn't hard to communicate with her before our trip and she even let us arrive earlier than the regular check-in time.
