This cabin is lovely. Its location is right in the middle of the jungle. We could hear the wildlife around us constantly. We did the short walk down to the private waterfall and back which was a perfect way to spend a morning. The cabin is basic but had everything we needed. We cooked there two nights and went out into the town the other. We spent many hours lounging in the hammock and floating in the pool surrounded by jungle. The absolute highlight for us was Pinta the little white dog who lives nearby. She stayed with us every night while we were there and rarely left my side. Pool is about 3 foot deep and more of a jacuzzi size. Waterfall hike is extremely steep and dangerous. Honestly, would not recommend. Felt like a fancy camping- def not WOrth the price oaid.
