Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Costa Rica — Hotel in Pozos

If I could give this place a negative one I would. The managers are very disrespectful, the people who greet you at reception are also not very accommodating. Had an issue with manager named... and an issue with Cristal and had and with assistant manager of Indian descent . They offer massages from third party services with no place to actually have the massage.Because we scheduled a couple's massage. They refused to accommodate us.They were very inhospitable. The rooms are very small and the head manager at front desk does not like to help ppl she ignores you and walks away. I took her name just for this review. NATHALIE has a horrible attitude and needs training on how to engage with guest. I would never return here only good wifi and good kitchen the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Stayed here one night as a part of a Caravan tours organized tour. The hotel is your basic near the airport type of hotel. The room was basic and clean. |The baggage staff helping and doing what they need to do.||This was our last hotel of the tour and there was a Farewell Dinner. This hotel strong point is NOT its food. But of all the desserts we had on the tour, this hotel had the best cheesecake thus far.||When we arrived at the hotel from our 1.5 hr drive. We wanted to stretch our legs a bit so we asked the desk service rep if we could walk the busy street in front of the hotel. She seemed to be hesitant about it as there were not said walks, but we saw locals walking it. This area is a bit upscale. Lots of high end car dealerships and shopping plazas. As it was Xmas Eve none of the stores in the plazas were open. But it was a good walk...

I stayed here one night as a part of a Caravan tours organized tour. The hotel is very basic. The room was basic and clean. The bathroom had a tub and shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Plenty of towels and washcloths are provided. The room had a safe ( on a top shelf), coffee machine, ironing board and iron.|The breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, plantains, sausage, toast and an assortment of teas. As part of the tour dinner and breakfast were included. The food was not good.||To use the gym, you have to go to the front desk and request a keycard. The one they gave me did not work, the second one worked. The fitness room is very small. No mats. To go to the airport it took us 45 minutes on a Saturday morning because of traffic but I was told it is 30...
