Definitively worth a visit and a detour as even our first experience tells us that this will be one of our destinations in future CR visits. The beef Carpaccio was impeccably fresh, seasoned, dressed and presented A1++, my wife's entre of pulpo perfectly cooked (you know when it's just that tender but without losing that last bit of satisfying bite) albeit I would have preferred slighly larger pieces. The pasta of the day (black linguine with langustines) was perfect also with that beautiful hint of the sea from the fresh crustaceans releasing they magic into the sauce. My spaghetti alle vongole was the reason of the missing star (which I am wishing will be added on our next visit) and although perfectly cooked and traditionally prepared (no tomato, a hint of parsley) and perfectly al dente lacked that hint of clam/sea flavor and were a little too oily for this difficult palate. Read moreI am completely shocked at how the restaurant is scamming everyone coming in with the fake acqua panna water. 4227.64 per bottle of fake acqua panna water. I did report this to the company already, will report again to another source. Do I know that the restaurant willingly knows that the water is fake? Yes, the caps are not sealed/ the restaurant has their own dented lifted caps for the bottles, and the taste is the most alarming. I believe the restaurant is filling the bottles with regular water. Me and my partner both noticed this. I really hope this restaurant gets shut down because of this very large scam for every person that comes in or gets really large fine for this. I believe this behavior is preying behavior for the customers coming in and not knowing. They have made way too much money on this.
What is dangerous is that the vibe of the place attracts customers to come in and hang out and to "chill" and that it's considered a hang out place for many people to come and enjoy. If the place is willing to scam customers on the water consistently with every order, I can only assume what else...

And though the service and the ambiance were great, what stands out more than anything is the FOOD. To start we had the Burrata & Ceviche & then the oyster special as apps and they also brought us out a chef special salmon crostini -complimentary!!- then then our mains were the mushroom and truffle risotto daily special, Tonno in Crosta di pistachi, and Tagliata di angus paired with a bottle of the Bordeaux.
