Las Perlitas — Hotel in Sámara

My fiance and I decided to spend a week in Playa Samara and were hoping to find an accommodation that would enable us to enjoy the beach culture, but still have a comfortable place to have as our sanctuary at the end of the sun and sand-filled day. We found that and more at Las Perlitas!! Cedric and Eliane were, and are, amazing. Their boutique hotel only had a handful of rooms which allowed them to treat us and everyone as part of the family and not just a room number. The breakfast that was included each morning was amazing and substantial enough to keep us full long past lunch (loved the burritos and homemade marmalade!), and ironically their meals were our most favorite of all the meals we had while in town. When it comes to the rooms and the grounds, they were immaculate. While I have stayed in pretty sketchy places in the past, my finance (to my benefit) requested we stayed somewhere relatively nice. Don't pay an arm and a leg to stay at a hotel or all inclusive resort where you are just a number. Eliane and Cedric provided me the value I was looking for and the comfortable, clean, secure, homey, and tranquil place my fiance was looking for (again still to my benefit as well!). After a week of staying there, winning over the affection of Mango and Che (the two dog members of the fam), it was hard to leave. I cannot write enough about how great an experience it was and how much we loved staying at Las Perlitas. If you are staying in Playa Samara, you need not look any further that Las Perlitas! Thank you Eliane and Cedric, you helped make our week in Playa Samara one that we both will never forget! We hope to see you both again...

My husband and I have just returned home after spending 3 weeks at Las Perlitas. Cedric and Beatrice are amazing hosts. They are both kind, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay and other guests stay enjoyable. Nila keeps the rooms, apartments and patios spotless and does it with the most beautiful smile. We stayed in the Toucan room which was roomy & comfortable. The pool was lovely, clean and wonderful place to spend the hot middays. There is a shared kitchen for the rooms that don’t have a kitchen of their own. It had everything we needed to make small meals. Las Perlitas is located right on the edge of town next to a pasture filled with cows and horses. It’s about a 15 min. walk to downtown or the beach. The neighborhood is peaceful. There is a small convenience store a 5 min. walk away as well as a restaurant next to the store. We are already hoping to make another trip to Samara next winter and hope to stay at...

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel and want to share our appreciation, even though the place is soon closing. Cedric, the manager, truly made a difference – his warm personality and helpfulness created a unique atmosphere that made our stay extraordinary. The hotel was cozy and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning lady also deserves high praise – her attention to detail was outstanding! The beautifully folded towel swans and delicate paper flowers in the bathroom showed a level of care that goes above and beyond.
