My boyfriend and I visited Sweeties by Celia in early November, and it was an absolute delight. Nestled next to Pali Supermarket and facing the serene church in Sámara, this charming café instantly won our hearts.

I really liked the cakes but unfortunately I had two bad experiences The first one, the coffees (beverages) were really bad, lattes and chai lattes were tasteless and I could tell they were made with water, hot chocolates were good but the cup where it was served was small and still they didn’t fill it Now the second disappointment was that at moment of paying, I didn’t receive a ticket with all the things I asked for and the price of each, I just received the final due and according to what we checked from the menu math was not mathing but I still payed the whole thing, then I asked if I could pay in cash (US dollars) and math wasn’t a mathing even more, so I decided to...

Amazing, fresh and delicious food, served by Celia who is full of joy. We always leave here with a smile on our face! There are usually two options to eat every day for savoury food, eg I had an amazing pumpkin and tofu curry, and my boyfriend had the jerk pork curry. You can have it as a burrito or a plate. Then there are the cakes... WOW. There are plenty of vegan options (try the pura vida chocolate cake), and non vegan options, and they are all homemade with natural ingredients (even homemade coconut flour!!).
