This hotel is recommended highly on Lonely Planet and I can see why. It is low cost ($30/night), and super clean. They clean every morning whether you ask for a cleaning or not. The rooms are in good shape, and the fan -- thanks for the fan! It is pretty basic -- no chair in my room, but the cleanliness made it all worth it. The on-site restaurant is very convenient -- good food for a good price with good service. The location can't be beat -- on the main square, surrounded by all the shops you want. A block or two to the major bus stations, northbound or southbound. Laundry comes back the same day, the staff is polite and caring, and there is someone there 24 hours. Yes it's not the most glamorous place but the room we had with a shared bathroom was light and clean and had plenty of space. I dislike driving in traffic, and here one can get a taxi easilly. My wife likes to shop at the many downtown stores in the surrounding area.
