Beware! Photos do not accurately represent reality! The staff was nice—if not extremely friendly, at least okay—but that is where the positives end. The biggest apartment I booked was on the other side of the street with no elevator, located on the fourth floor. It is definitely not a four-star accommodation. Just look at the welcome carpet—it is terribly dirty!
I traveled with my kids, and if we hadn't been extremely tired, I would never have stayed at this place and would have requested a reimbursement. For that price, I could have booked two rooms at the Hampton Hotel that would comfortably accommodate us all.
I chose this place because it was supposed to have a spa (which I learned after payment costs an extra €100) and a washing machine. However, there was nothing to hang the clothes on! There was no dryer and no place to hang the washed clothes, either!
Additionally, it is not air-conditioned! That is a lie. There is a small air conditioner in the living room that barely works, making it hot in both bedrooms, especially since there is a long corridor plus another smaller one dividing the living room and bedrooms.
And the smell! It was like someone tried to mask smoke and sweat with perfume—absolutely awful.
I was told there was no space in the garage and that I could park on the street (but there were no spots) or use one of the hotel’s spots on the street for €20. Even most hotels don’t charge such an amount for parking; it’s usually around €15. It cost me so much just to park on the street!
So, no, I do not recommend this place for that price! You would be better off staying...
Read moreThe name of this hotel is definitely not appropriate, neither are the stars. We didn't have a pleasant stay but put of everything I would like to highlight few things that I think are not usual for a 4 stars hotel.
We stayed 3 nights, 7 adults and 2 kids in one room for 4 and one apartment that they sell for 4 people plus 1 kid but the space is not appropriate.
The apartment with kitchen is very small (maybe would be ok for 2 parents with kid), is not in the main building of the hotel and definitely not a 4 star quality. This little space unfortunately pushed us to use also a common area in front of the adiacent apartment which was separated only by a glass door (I guess it wasn't pleasant for the other guests). In comparison the rooms in the hotel are more spacious and better.
At our arrival the rooms were prepared for 7 people and not 9. So we had to ask to prepare a bed. They madr a sofa bed ready with a sheet that was not even big enough to cover the entire bed. Then we had to ask for a new sheet (we got one stained and ripped all over) and do it ourselves again. We also had to ask for towels missing for 3 people but they didn't have enough🥴
After a messy check in we also received a bad checkout were we got charged 3 euros for opening a Kinder Bueno that was offered in a basket on the kitchen counter of the flat on arrival and were asked to pay for a wine which we never touched. It was actually very annoying to have to keep something like 12 mini bottles of booze in our mini fridge while we needed the space for our...
Read moreBelieve the one star reviews!! The advertising online is almost scam like - the king superior spa room looks nothing like the pictures. The room smelt musty and gross, everywhere expect maybe the bathroom was extremely dirty. There were multiple bugs in the bedroom that were flying around. There were spiders, spiderwebs, the place looked like no one had ever cleaned it except for a quick tidy. Fresh fruit was left out so this attracted flies. The smell was almost unbearable in both the spa room and the main room/bedroom. The walls needed to be repainted a ton of scuffs and chipped paint, everything looked like no one ever took care of it. The mirror in the bathroom had duct tape on it. The spa room only looked good in complete darkness, with the lights on you could see all the imperfections. The spa room also smelt like old water and mold, there was even water left on the floor before we used any of the amenities. The lotion and soap were not topped up it was half empty. There is no night time staff so if anything goes wrong or something doesnt work you have to wait till the morning. They charge 20 euro for parking and its literally just street parking not even underground. You can park on the street for free or a small fee for the day yet they are charging guests 20 euro! I understand what they were trying to do with the "luxury" vibe but the execution failed incredibly. The only people I could see enjoying this place would be someone very young that hasnt experienced...
