We stayed in room 206 for 7 nights from Sept 20-27, 2024. First of all the staff were amazing. Jon who works the front desk was probably the most wonderful, helpful and kind person I have ever come across in a hotel. My wife and I travel internationally 3 times a year so we have interacted with many people at the front desk. The two wonderful ladies Meri and Ivona who work the restaurant were also wonderful. Every morning for breakfast they were there with a good morning greeting and smiles. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had many choices including cold meats and cheeses, eggs any way you like them, seasonal fresh fruit, breads, rolls and croissants, juices, vegetables, etc. The hotel location is perfect for being in Rovinj. You exit the hotel to the right and in 10 minutes you are in the heart of the old town. Exit to the left and you have long walking paths along the coast shaded by trees. The hotel is 10 years old and showing neglect. Now for the room. They call it a garden room but there really is no garden per se but some green area with big trees and junk they store behind the hotel. The wifi signal strength and bandwidth was good. The safe in the room was not bolted down so basically useless since someone could just walk out with it. As you can see from the pictures the desk is in need of repair with a broken lamp. The bathroom though was very nice with lots of lighting, a wonderful rain shower as well as a handheld shower wand. |My biggest complaint with the room was the air conditioning. I set the room temperature at 16 degrees Celsius but it never got cooler than 23 degrees Celsius. I even had the repair guy come up and take a look and all he did was shrug his shoulders. The bed cover is a comforter which is way too heavy for a room that is at 23 degrees. So I had to sleep on top of the cover and wear running pants and shirt. The bed sheets were also not very soft from all the washing with bleach. Some of the towels in the room and restaurant were frayed showing their age. The room did have plenty of storage shelves in the closet as well as power outlets in the room but only on one side of the bed. |If it wasn’t for the wonderful staff I would have given this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars but because of the staff I raised...

We stayed four nights at this hotel and have been disappointed ☹️ |The carpet in our room had big stains on it, the towels look like rags ripped and fringed would not use towels like this on my dog |When we booked we selected the room with a garden view but all we could see was rubbish and dirt |Parking was about five minutes from the hotel away and it was not secured just a piece of open land on a corner outside a building |Breakfast was very disappointed |The quality of the food offered was very poor and not if any good quality |Staff in the restaurant have been unfriendly |Reception staff on the other hand was friendly and helpful |All over I would never stay there again for that money we paid there is much better hotels in Rovinj available |The hotel needs to clean up and make sure the guests have a pleasant stay |We have been to rovinj many times but this time it was the worst hotel we choose |Location fine but the rest forget...

Unfriendly reception, no assistance with luggage if not requested – especially Ms. Nita and Ms. Sofia came across as arrogant, and misleading statements seemed commonplace. The room was dirty, with stained and torn carpet, worn-out furniture poorly glued together, a musty smell from the bathroom, and signs of dampness. When it rained, water entered the room through the floor. Breakfast was far below a four-star standard: everything was cold, poorly organized, and many basic items had to be requested separately. Manager Festim handled our complaint in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Conclusion: This hotel fails to meet expectations in service and quality – not recommended.

The hotel staff was really nice, helpful and plesant to talk to. The hotel was really comfy and clean with more than acceptable prices. The breakfast was fresly made with a moderate choice. It would have been a 5 star review without any problem if it weren't for the weird parking experience. There were 3 things. First is leaving the car infront if the hotel and taking all the stuff with no access to the vehicle, second having to contact 20min in advance and not being able to take it if you need it. Lastly and the most important is the car was parked at a weird place and the whole hood has been done in by birds.
