The hotel has a very convenient location in walking distance to both the Krka National Park office and ferry, and restaurants.||There is parking for hotel guests just above the building; on the left-hand side there are stairs leading down to the rooms and the reception (no lift, though).||The rooms have a good size, with space to move around. The interior is stylish and reasonably new (as is the front façade); however, the money was apparently not enough to refurbish everything – in some places (not the rooms) you can still find remnants of what it presumably was like before.||The rooms feature a balcony, with a view onto the yacht harbour, and a side view of the river valley; they are in the sun most of the day (southwest façade) but without any shade, so guests are probably better of at the pool, where shading is available.||The bathroom has a reasonable size, in my case with two sinks; my room also had a bathtub (which could be used as a shower, with a foldable wall; didn’t keep all the water in, though…). Unfortunately, the water temperature constantly fluctuated from lukewarm to scalding hot – not the pleasant experience I was hoping for, and not what I would expect at this price level.||The beds are comfortable, albeit with a single pillow type; the windows can be completely darkened, using the curtains and the external shutters, and it is blissfully quiet at night – all set for a good night’s sleep.||The WiFi had constant disruptions (it was hardly usable), and when it worked, it was slow – again not what you would expect at this price level...||Breakfast is served in a narrow interior room, which means only one or two people can get to the buffet at once; that is not so much of a problem, as the choice is limited anyway – nothing to write home about, but sufficient to get yourself fed.||On a positive note, the management offers help with organising tickets to the park, and advises on special deals; it also kindly allows guests to use the parking on their departure day, so you can go to the park without having to find...
Read moreWhat a wonderful experience. Our group of four just stayed one night but we wished it would have been longer. We were here visiting the nearby Krka National Park. This is a great location since you can walk to the park boat in under 10 minutes and the town in 5 minutes. ||Location was a bonus but what was best was the hospitality of the staff especially the young woman who seemed to be running the show 24/7. She helped us get settled, made a dinner reservation for us and arranged for breakfast service to start 15 minutes early so we could make our early boat into the park. Fantastic !||The property itself is beautiful with a great pool area. The rooms were spacious and modern and in excellent shape. They all had balconies looking out onto the pool.||Highly...
Read moreThis hotel absolutely deserves a 5 ⭐️ rating. Reception was great, very clear explanation. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with a large fridge and coffee/tea. We also had a south facing balcony looking onto the pool and harbor. It is very quiet as all rooms are facing away from a quiet road. The Airconditioning was pleasant and not noisy. Breakfast was not able to have outside, but that is too hot anyway. It was complete as a continental breakfast should be. The swimming pool was large and they have plenty of beds which are comfortable and there are parasols and natural shade. Our stay was very pleasant and we had no complaints whatsoever. Do not hesitate to book here when Skradin is on your...
