Apartments Benak — Hotel in Grad Zadar

We arrived at Vera and Vladimir Benak's after we made a wrong reservation at a neighboring guesthouse. They talked to the Benak family and, even though it was a late Saturday night, they offered us accommodation in the Primavera apartment. What immediately impressed us, was their special hospitality and their desire to make us feel good. They are extraordinary, they give you all the privacy, but if needed, you immediately feel them close and helpful. Because they didn't have rooms available the next evening, they again found a solution in the neighbors and helped us again with accommodation there. So only words of praise! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it is spacious and very clean, it is decorated interestingly, with local specifics. We felt very well and will gladly recommend this place to others. It is worth saying that it is located in a quiet area, with a parking space, which offers immediate access to the beach and restaurants...

An Oasis of Hospitality and Comfort in Zadar! I had an exceptional stay at this accommodation and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and incredible hospitality. The owners, Mr. Vladimir and Mrs. Vera, are absolutely outstanding. Their kindness and willingness to help exceed all expectations. When my child fell ill, they immediately came to our aid, driving me to the doctor and pharmacy, and helping with all our belongings. Mrs. Vera is truly a wonderful woman who goes out of her way to make every guest feel at home. Their warmth and care are truly commendable and an example for others! The accommodation itself is impeccably clean, which is extremely important for a pleasant stay. The location is also fantastic – the beach is just a two-minute walk away, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Everything you might need is within easy reach: restaurants, kiosks, shops, a bus stop, and even a gas station. Although Google Maps might suggest the Old Town is far, that's not the case at all. Only two bus stops separate Borik from the Old Town, allowing for quick and easy access to all the sights and attractions. All in all, I give absolute top marks and the highest praise to Mr. Vladimir and Mrs. Vera! I am forever grateful for everything and will certainly return again.

Oaza gostoprimstva i udobnosti u Zadru! Imala sam izuzetno iskustvo boravka u ovom smeštaju i od srca ga preporučujem svima koji traže savršen spoj udobnosti, čistoće i neverovatne gostoprimljivosti. Vlasnici, gospodin Vladimir i gospođa Vera, su apsolutno izvanredni. Njihova ljubaznost i spremnost da pomognu prevazilazi sva očekivanja. Kada se moje dete razbolelo, odmah su priskočili u pomoć, vozeći me do doktora i apoteke, te mi pomogli sa svim stvarima. Gospođa Vera je zaista divna žena koja se trudi da se svaki gost oseća kao kod kuće. Njihova toplina i briga su zaista za svaku pohvalu i primer su drugima! Sam smeštaj je besprekorno čist, što je izuzetno važno za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je takođe fantastična – plaža je udaljena samo dva minuta hoda, što je idealno za opuštanje i uživanje u moru. Sve što vam može zatrebati je nadomak ruke: restorani, trafike, prodavnice, autobusko stajalište, pa čak i benzinska pumpa. Iako Google mapa možda sugeriše da je stari grad daleko, to uopšte nije slučaj. Samo dve autobuske stanice dele Borik od starog grada, što omogućava brz i jednostavan pristup svim znamenitostima i atrakcijama. Sve u svemu, dajem apsolutno sve desetke i najviše pohvale za gospodina Vladimira i gospođu Veru! Zauvek sam im zahvalna na svemu i sigurno ću se...

They were able to accommodate us for one night, our previous hostess was fully booked and could not extend us one more night, so she called miss Vera (neighboring house) and gladly offered us one night stay. The apartment was cozy, homey, very colorful for my taste, but it was nicely decorated overall. She was very nice to us, loved having conversations with her. They gave us a nice discount. Everything was clean and perfect. Just the kitchen counter was very high, and I am a tall woman (170cm). The stove was minimalistic, and there is no oven, but a microwave. A small fridge, and an extra fridge if needed. If we would have stayed for longer, i would miss some kitchen appliances, but for us it was perfect. Thank you Vera!
