This place is so amazing. We stayed at the guest house and have eaten at the restaurant for dinner twice now, on top of the already included breakfast. It's unreal the quality vs. the price. The hospitality is perfect. The room is quiet and well decorated. Eating at their cute restaurant for dinner feels like eating at a friend's house, but with high quality restaurant food and multiple courses. I really enjoyed both the trout and the bacon wrapped pork. Their homemade honey brandy, that comes with your meal, is so unique and delicious. And make sure to throw the ball for their dog Oreo so he'll be your best friend forever. This is that "perfect Europe bed and breakfast" experience you were hoping for but haven't been able to find yet. Top it off with an easy 15 minute walk to the national park entrance 1 (the good one!) and there's really no reason not...

Had an amazing experience here a couple of nights ago - our host recommended this place for dinner in the garden and it did not disappoint! Great after an afternoon of hiking around the stunning National Park :) It felt like we were eating in someone’s home - in a great way! We were very warmly welcomed when we arrived. There was a set dinner menu (for 20€) from which to choose, we had the grilled trout and the mixed meat grill which both came with grilled vegetables and potatoes. The potatoes were one of the best I’ve ever had and my husband concurs!!! There was a ham and cheese platter with delicious freshly baked bread and a choice of drink included in the set menu, and a choice of desserts as well! Very good restaurant near Entrance 1 of the Plitvice National Park. The are choice of five or six fixed course dinner - grilled trout dinner, mixed grilled meat dinner, grilled chicken dinner, etc. Each dinner starts with a plate of cheeses and prosciutto, followed by salad, the grilled of your choice, and dessert. The grilling is done right outside in a large open brick oven. I had grilled trout and steak on two separate occasions and they were done to perfection.
