Akti Hotel Apts — Hotel in Κοινότητα Χλώρακα

We stayed there for 10 nights,April 2024 the good points were the staff were all lovely the place was kept very clean the views from the cocktail bar of the sea was amazing, The bad points it was supposed to be a beach hotel, well the beach was about 4ft long by 3ft wide and stones the rest was rocks, The 2 pools had no shallow part they were 1.40m deep all around, not safe for little children at all ,sunbeds were packed in to a very small space, the breakfast was always cold and the same every day, lunch and tea were ok, the dinning room couldn't cope when hotel was nearly full, our apartment had the smallest flat screen TV I had ever seen ,the kitchen had a fridge, kettle, sink,microwave, the oven was a plug in one ring portable hob, and we had one sauce pan luckily we weren't cooking for our self's it would of took all day to do a meal ,we stayed in a ground floor studio apartment and you could hear everything from the upstairs apartment even them just walking across their floor the walls were that thin, when you read up on this hotel/apartments it doesn't lie it just over...

This hotel is rated 4 stars on jet2 website.there is no way it's a 4 star.The food was awful,Most alinclusive holidays there is always something to eat not on this one.drinks were worse soft drinks were not Pepsi or coke but local soft drinks.Between the spirits being bad this only made things even worse. Cocktails were only certain ones in the alinclusive packed if you wanted anything else it came at a cost. The courtesy bus into Paphos is a taxi again at a cost. The spa is a indoor pool which was quiet nice, Jaquici didn't work if you wanted a sauna you have to give notice. It does say the hotel is at the seafront. I.e. not on beach but next to rocks. My mistake. To top it all when taking to the jet2 rep who wasn't really interested in what we had to say.we were told you can move at your own cost. Room 706 has the most inviting bath as photo shows. Would we come back or recommend this hotel to any one .Definitely not. Must add the plus point the bed was very...

Location is amazing! Hotel staff couldn't be any more helpful! Rooms are clean and the air conditioning works great! Cocktail & drinks selection was good. The sea view is incredible! Watching the sun set on the sea horizon is truly breathtaking! There is a little cove in the sea shallow enough to swim safely, which is really nice! Night time entertainment could be better, & the food selection needs improving, after a few days staying, it gets abit repetitive. The day time snacks are poor if I'm honest. Some pieces of fruit and sandwiches (which as you can imagine, even after being wrapped, get extremely dry with the humidity) Oh and the lady in the shop.. she needs some happy pills 💊 or something!
