Meltemi Villas — Hotel in Κοινότητα Χλώρακα

Meltemi Villas are located near Paphos. The villas are very close to beaches, Paphos town, the airport and to a number of archeological sites like Tombs of the Kings. With a car everything within a 5 - 20 minutes drive.

From the terras of the villa you look out on the sea. A small walk down to the sea brings you to a small promenade along the coast. Beautiful foto opportunities. Each villa has a private pool. In the heat of Cyprus summer, the pool is a source of refreshment and fun. We used the pool multiple times every day. The villa had 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Villa has dishwasher and washing machine. Furthermore the house has a smart airco system that shuts down when the doors are open for too long. Very good!

And then the services provided by the owner! The owner created a WhatsApp group with us and himself via which he gave us all kinds of information and we could ask questions. Easy concept, but we had not seen this done before in all the years we rent houses during summer holiday. When we arrived we received a basket of groceries for the first evening and a warm pizza big enough to impress our kids. During the holiday, the owner used the WhatsApp group to give us what-to-do tips and update us, for example about cleaning of the house. As extra, definitely not expected, service we received a cake, twice during our visit. All this made us feel very welcome!

We used our stay on Cyprus to unwind at the pool and at the beach and visit some tourist hotspots like, archeological sites, the town center and the crystal clear waters of Blue Lagoon.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers in Villa 8 during a heatwave in Cyprus. The villa was fantastic, really spacious, clean and bright. We fully appreciated and used the 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which meant that we all had our own space and were not on top of each other. Villa 8 has a huge patio and pool area, and a number of different floats, bats and balls etc were provided for use in the pool which we really enjoyed and saved us having to inflate our own. Everything inside was clean and the air conditioning and Wi-fi were effective, in fact more so than many of our previous holidays. Good quality toiletries were provided too, so we did not end up needing to use our own shower gel etc.

The location is brilliant. We hired a car and nothing was more than 15 minutes drive away, whether going to the gorgeous Coral Bay beach in one direction or down to Paphos in the other. There were also a number of good restaurants just up the road which was handy when we didn't want to venture too far. The hosts were wonderful. They provided lots of handy local recommendations and stocked the fridge for us before we arrived which was much appreciated when we got there in the evening. They also then popped in with lots of sweet treats during our stay which made us feel very spoiled. We even locked ourselves out one day and they came to the rescue in a matter of minutes.

All in all we had an amazing holiday and the villa was truly a home...

This was our first holiday staying in a villa, and we couldn't have asked for better. The service is 1st class from this family run business, they set up a WhatsApp group, they shared all the links for the local area, bus routes, food delivery, grocery shopping, we were met at the villa with a huge welcome basket that would keep you going for a couple of days. Pizza and pastries from a local bakery Zorbas, and a gorgeous homemade cake from his lovely wife Anastasia, everything that you could need is supplied at the villa, it was spotlessly clean. The pool gets cleaned twice a week, they also popped round with Pool toys and inflatables for our 4 girls, Anastasia then delivered another beautiful cake and more pastries, the villa is in a nice quite area, you have a coastel path that you can walk into town, it takes just over an hour there is also electric scooters at the bottom of the hill that you can hire to go about the area.
