Revelton Studios Marianske Lazne — Hotel in Cheb District

Revelton Studios is obviously the best address in the whole area for overnight guests in Mariánské Lázně: absolutely modern rooms, kept very clean and with brightly designed interior leaves nothing to be desired. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine and smart TV, the rooms lovingly designed in the spirit of contemporary music history offer the most beautiful memories of ABBA, Queen, Led Zeppelin and Madonna. Especially ingenious is the basement of the house, which has much to offer not only for families and sports enthusiasts. The well-ventilated children's playroom offers clean and creative games from baby to toddler age and is the highlight for the youngest generation on a rainy day, for example. Right next to it, the weight room with treadmill, bike and weight training is ideal for anyone who wants to keep fit. The music museum, shrouded in black light, offers a special surprise.

However, the biggest plus point of the hotel is the accessibility with the friendly lady at the virtual reception. Communication was simple and straightforward via WhatsApp and we were served very friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. Whether at 2am at night with the question of an emergency pharmacy or the following day the request whether the rooms may be cleaned and towels added, were answered within a few seconds friendly. I would say this is the best place where we have ever stayed in Czech Republic. It’s a really luxury place for reasonable prices.

We were impressed by the service and how friendly the staff is. They have founded two suites for 7 of us and accommodated us in one day before we came in busy holidays time. I have never had such support like here. They are professionals. Even it was a first time, they deal with me like with super valuable client. All my questions/issues were resolved fast and easy.

The place is super clean, quiet and bright. The design is in a music style which is incredibly beautiful. There is a kid’s room, laundry, reception with coffee and rest area. You have everything you need in every suite - kettle, cutlery, microwave, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, books, towels etc. The room is cleaned every three days.

It’s situated quite close to the center, grocery stores, ski resort, pool, gym, restaurants and bars, local transportation etc.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier - aber nicht das letzte Mal! Erstmal der Kontakt zum Servicepersonal war sehr gut. Schon einige Tage vor Anreise wurden wir beide per WhatsApp kontaktiert und haben alle Informationen erhalten die wir benötigen. Zum Zimmer selbst - kleines aber nettes Zimmer Appartment mit Küchenzeile, TV, Esstisch sowie Schrank. Die Küche verfügt über einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ein kleines Zweiplatten Kochfeld. Sie ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Sprich Wasserkocher, Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Töpfen und Geschirr. Absolut ausreichend. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Kleiner Punktabzug die Dusche. Diese ist wirklich für einen Erwachsenen viel zu klein. ABER was uns wichtig ist - kein einziger Schimmelfleck in den Fugen!! Das sieht man doch schon häufiger in Hotels. Hiervon keine Spur. Selbst über der Toilette hängt eine mini Waschmaschine (3kg). Man hat sogar die Möglichkeit zu bügeln. Im Schrank befindet sich nicht nur ein Safe, sondern eine Körperwaage, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.

Die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich gestaltet. Wir hatten das Beyoncé Appartement und unsere Freunde David Bowie. Echt witzig. Hier hängen einfach ein paar Bilder der Stars an der Wand und an der Zimmertür von außen eine kleine CD mit dem Namen des Stars. Nichts spektakuläres.

Im Foyer befindet sich ein Vollautomat (NUR KREDITKARTE). Im Keller gibt es ein kleines Musikmuseum ist ganz cool gemacht. Ein Mini Gym und ein Kinderspielzimmer.

Man hat absolut seine Ruhe und wenn man was braucht, schreibt man per WhatsApp u d es wird sich darum gekümmert. Da es sich um eine Onlinerezeption handelt, kommuniziert man über WhatsApp.

Hier und da hingen kleine Spinnenweben an der Decke - aber nichts was auffällt oder abschreckt. Wir haben für 4 Nächte/2Personen ca 280€ bezahlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen ( ca. 5 Min). Unser Auto haben wir in einer Seitenstraße geparkt, da die Unterkunft leider keine Parkplätze für ihre Gäste anbietet, muss man oft mehrere Runden um den Block fahren um nicht auf reservierten Parkplätzen zu stehen.

Unsere Freunde waren schon zum 6. Mal hier und haben uns diesmal mit eingepackt. Wir sind Mega zufrieden gewesen. Es ist kein ALLinkl. Hotel und das muss es auch nicht. Man hat kostenloses WLAN, ein gepflegtes und sauberes Zimmer und zum schlafen ist es absolut zufriedenstellend.

Negatives: Matratzen könnten dicker sein größere...
