Amazing Vietnamese restaurant. We were in ML for the weekend and really struggled to find vegan food. After finding Pho Tiep we were there practically al the time. The menu has tons of vegan and vegetarian options and the staff is happy to make things on demand according to dietary restriction. Everything is made freshly on the spot but is still done quite fast. I especially recommend tofu miso, vegan spring rolls, tofu kung pao and vegetable tofu. They also have tons of vegan sushi. All foods also have allergens written by them, which is very helpful and rare in ML. Portions are huge as well and for a mere price of 100-150 CZK, so about 4-6 EUR. The restaurant is a family business and everyone is extremely nice and kind. We visited the restaurant with our dog and there was a few more dogs present, so the place is also pet friendly, which is a huge plus. The premises are nicely decorated and clean, however, the locals tend to visit the restaurant for beer and treat is as a pub, so this can be a little bit off-putting. Other than that, I cannot recommend this place more. A true vegan paradise...

The fish sauce comes separate, and is very authentic with mild lime flavor(usually my family would use this style of fish sauce for bánh xèo) and not watered down like some restaurants would do. My partner had the bún bò nướng which had a milder seasoning than I am used to but still delicious. Fresh veggies with noodle mix-ins. Received wonderful service from the owners/staff. Also, they are very generous with beer prices (most affordable I’ve seen as a tourist) and entrees are also a good deal....
Read moreOne of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to in Europe. Nothing fancy, no haute cuisine, just classic Vietnamese and Thai dishes, but everything we've tried is very tasty.
Also, fresh, perfectly cooled Pilzen beer for very good price - you don't often meet it in Czech Asian restaurants.
UPD: I visited it again a couple of times in the recent weeks and unfortunately the quality went down. The food was above average but nothing to write home about and the female owner was sulky and unaccommodating as if she were unhappy to see clients. I hope it'll be fixed and I'll be able to give it 5...
