Interhotel Bohemia — Hotel in okres Ústí nad Labem

We arrived late at night, the reception is open 24/7 which is amazing. We were greeted by very friendly staff. ||||The room itself was modern, very clean with towels and toiletries provided. The only thing we didn’t find in our room was a hair dryer. ||||The reception hall looked amazingly polished. The rest of the hotel gives off some old time socialism vibes, but the are clearly in a process of refurbishment, so we appreciated the effort they are putting into their hotel. ||||The breakfast selection was great, fresh veggies and fruit was available. Also fresh pastries and bread, yoghurt, cereal, milk, tea, coffee everything. The only thing we lacked was some vegan selection. We spent here 1 night (thanks God!) with my wife and we will never return again. Baskets were not emptied, dirty toilet and shower, room old and dirty. At around 4 am we were woken by some noise which turned out to be cockroaches! Breakfast selection insufficient and coffee taste like weak cocoa - no caffeine at all.||Staff rude, not willing to say hello or good bye.||When we complained about the cockroaches in the room and service incomparable to the price and we asked for some compensation, reception lady told us she is there only temporarily and she cannot do anything apart from forwarding our complaint to the hotel manager. I would like to warn others because I was robbed at this hotel. The hotel was booked through the IPO travel agency. Besides me and my spouse, there was a group of about 40 people with us. On the second day of our stay, we had a planned visit to the Pravčická Gate. We left in the morning and returned late in the afternoon. Upon our return, we found our room door open, and my wife's ring was missing from the room. One of my friends from the group had his shoes stolen, and someone else had their clothes rummaged through, etc. We reported the incident at the reception.
