Hotel Central Park — Hotel in okres Nymburk

I have absolutely no idea where their 5* reviews are coming from, I usually overlook small faults, but this was just too much. This is NOT a 4* hotel! The service is below average for even 3, there are none of the 4 facilities. Breakfast was average, pretty low-cost but whatever, that would be the smallest issue. The spa is tiny for extra charge and needs booking upfront.

But the rest, oh my... The room was designed by a not very smart person, having a glass wall to the bathroom is really not pleasant, although the WC is in a separate room (thank gods!), it's still very unpleasant being on full display when brushing your teeth. It takes more than an hour to fill the tub because of the low water pressure, and the tub is pretty uncomfortable for showering. There are no hooks in the bathroom, no make-up mirror, no light around the mirror, no toiletries except for the soap. The hairdryer is lying on the closet floor because there is no room or a hook for it in the bathroom. The only closet in the room has no shelves accessible to humans, even the cloth hangers were above 180 cm height. Not even a shoe rack in the closet btw. Extremely inconvenient.

But the biggest issue was the cleanliness - it's supposed to be a new hotel, but not only is everything shabby and looks low quality and old, but their maids have no idea what cleaning means and they have obviously no supervision, there is filth everywhere you look, it seems the cleaning takes place only on the surface, so after couple of unpleasant experiences - behind curtains (just don't open the window I guess), toilet walls (don't look around when sitting there I guess), the toilet itself, every corner, the skirting boards, even the bottle opener had a huge sticky stain on the side lying on the surface - I was just afraid to touch anything, the level of laziness is...

We stayed at the hotel with my husband last weekend and it was really magical. When we arrived at the hotel, we were met with very warm and professional hospitality. We instantly felt welcomed and pampered. I believe the hotel is very new, because everything was so clean and nice. The food was definitely our favourite! For both breakfast and dinner there was a lot of choices and it was all delicious. Lastly, we have relaxed in the fancy new wellness where we also reserved a private whirpool which was a peak of our stay. The only bad thing is that we didn´t stay longer. I hope to...

Projela jsem už desítky hotelů – v Česku i v zahraničí – ale Central Park Hotel v Poděbradech si zaslouží naprosté absolutorium. Tohle není jen hotel. To je zážitek, který vás obejme od prvního okamžiku až do poslední minuty odjezdu.

🔹 Personál? To se nedá slovy popsat. Laskavost, péče, ochota, upřímný zájem o hosta – tady se cítíte jako vítaný host, ne jako zákazník. Všichni bez výjimky působí, jako by se rozhodli udělat vám ten nejlepší den. A opravdu ho udělají.

🔹 Jídlo? Nebe v hubě. Bez přehánění. Každý chod je kulturní událostí pro chuťové buňky. Vyvážené chutě, precizní provedení, poctivé suroviny a péče, kterou cítíte s každým soustem.

🔹 Atmosféra? Klid, elegance, srdečnost. Nehraje si to na nic, co to není – a právě proto je to tak autentické a luxusní zároveň.

Neztrácejte čas hledáním jiného ubytování. Central Park je bezkonkurenční. Věřím, že každý, kdo sem přijde, odejde s pocitem, že našel svůj hotelový domov. A já? Já už v Poděbradech jinde spát nechci – a nedokážu si to ani...
