Hotel Rada — Hotel in okres Ostrava-město

I don't recommend staying there. Rude and unprofessional staff. It took me around 10 messages to understand if I can check in after midnight (on the phone they say yes, on email - no). Initially was replying with templates, then ignored me for a while. And guess what? I checked in after 24:00 without a problem. the room was very cold, heating didn't help. Only one towel! Room furniture is from 80th. Almost no investments

This hotel is unique in the fact that there is no in-person reception. It isn't that confusing and I don't see any problem with it. My room was clean and came with 2 beds with a private shower and bathroom. The room was clean and there were no problems with noise at night, altough in the morning traffic is quite busy.
