They advertise that they are a four-star hotel, which they definitely aren't. Our room was nice but everything (bed sheets, bathroom) could be much cleaner. They did not change our towels during our stay. The worse thing is its location in a quite noisy and smelly passage. Rooms’ windows face the passage which makes it impossible to open a window at night. It could be still bearable if the room had air-conditioning or at least a fan - the room got so hot during our summer stay it was almost impossible to sleep in.||||The hotel restaurant was a nightmare! Meals were really below average but the worse thing was a lack of professionalism of the staff. They barely greeted us every time. We made a reservation for dinner and they told us we need to find by ourselves which table has a tag with our name on. Another night they brought us an entrée practically together with a soup. They forgot to bring us cutlery and they constantly chatted or drank in front of guests.||||The only positive thing was the lady at the reception who was really nice and helpful. She could make you...

We were doing a bike tour through Moravia, and this was by far my favorite stay. The family lives behind the pension and they are lovely. The breakfast is served in a charming cellar kitchen, richly decorated and with a door and sunny windows to the back enclosed little courtyard. Flowers, clean cats help decorate the place, too. The breakfast was typical -- fried eggs, cereal, fruit -- but had the addition of drip coffee and local honey, poppy cake, and local cheese. The presentation, though, was picturesque.||Quality of this place...
Read moreThe question is not is this a Hotel or is this a B&B, it is good place to stay with limited general "hotel" services. The next door restaurant is used for breakfast and can be used for dinner. It is a nice location in the city center next to the river and in walking distance of the old Jewish Quarter (UNESCO-site). Rooms are nicely equipped and look good. Staff is very friendly and allways happy to be of service. ||Finding the entrance from the streetside can be a bit difficult. Park your car at the main square on the Karlovo namesti and walk to number 17/11, the rest will be reavled by the friendly lady at...
