Hotel U Kabinky — Hotel in okres Trutnov

Excellent location in town. Clean, fairly big rooms with fridge and complimentary tea and Nescafé. Friendly staff. Good restaurant.|This is not a budget hotel or restaurant, and it is an additional 6 euros per person if you want breakfast. You really have no choice, as there are no breakfast alternatives around.|What a shame, therefore, that they only have a slightly bitter dark brew they serve for «coffee» . It is made from «coffee essence», and it is useless. They have excellent coffee in the restaurant, so naturally the staff make wonderful coffee for themselves in the morning, while the envious paying costumers only get muddy water.|You really need to change that! In fact, it is such a cheap move by the management, that I have to deduct a star from the 4 I would have given...

Very surprised having read generally positive reviews about this place, but arrived to find that the specifications of the accommodation were not met. After discussing this with staff the lady seemed to be finding a lot of pleasure from my dissatisfaction. Stains on the bedsheet, broken window and generally unclean room. Worst of all though, they took money from my account illegally after I had left, I'm pretty sure companies aren't allowed to store card details in a way that allows them to make additional transactions, so will be taking this further. All I can say is we had a VERY bad experience here...

We spent a week in Hotel U Kabinky together with our children and were very satisfied. We stayed in an apartment suitable for families with kids with fully equipped kitchenette and could tell the hotel is a new one; cozy and comfortable. ||The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. ||We appreciated great service of ski school as well - we could arrange everything about the lessons at the reception desk.
