😊: Beautiful mountain views and friendly staff. 😢: I stayed there in summer. Sure that in winter it will be another experience. The location is inconvenient, there is no air conditioning, the room gets hot in summer, and the access road is in poor condition. The room lacked basic amenities — no kettle, shampoo, shower gel, or even a cup. Breakfasts are quite modest — limited selection, with many items gone by 9 a.m., and it would be nice to have more fresh and varied options. The buffet dinner was heavy and greasy, with no fresh vegetables and limited choice. The jacuzzi is not always available, and during my stay, I did not notice the water being changed or cleaned. The owners’ dogs roam freely and were sometimes overly intrusive, which made walks with my own dog...

Well situated directly by the slope. Warm. Good skiroom. All clean, although the smell of the cleaning detergent stuck into all clothes. Rest, not to good. Poor breakfast, no vegetables at all, old bread, terrible coffee, budget sausage/ham. Evening meal also not reaching normal Czech standard; no vegetables, small portions of meat, rice every day which is not expected as Czech supper. Served by rigid personell in such high tempo that you feel stressed by eating. We had room above the bar as should close at 22.00 but somedays they closed first at midnight. Not enough water pressure to take a shower when you like to. Fortunately they also run a ski-bar 20 m away run by a very nice serviceminded guy who...
