Hotel Imos Prague — Hotel in Prague

It is pretty good for the price. It is new and room is OK and breakfast is nice for a 3 stars, so this is good choice for a short stay.||Hotel would be great for the price if there arent 3 cons: location, no fridge in the room and dust in the room. ||Location is not a big problem if you are there with a car. Also, Prague has good metro network and you can get to first red metro station Letnany with buses 140 and 136.||Lack of at least small fridge in the room is a big oversight and dust cleanimg could be better. Staff is very nice. Big shopping cetre Globus is very near. Litle far is Decathlon and Lidl. Just litle far frod Letnany is great Aero Museum with a lot of old aircraft (free entry !) . I recommend this Hotel for a short stay. Hope they will get frigirators...

Before reading, please keep in mind that this is from the perspective of someone who had no choice but to stay there because of a multi-day school coach trip. If any tour operators are here reading this, please take note!

Well... where do I begin? This hotel is quite a mess. It's a bit far out from the city center - where the actual visiting happens, meaning you have to endure quite the traffic getting there. The rooms, though, are just atrocious, as you'll see in the Rooms and Safety sections. The only 100% positive thing about this place is the service, which will be mentioned in the Food & Drinks section.

Let's just say you're better off choosing a more expensive, but better...

Disappointing Experience

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. One of the staff members was rude, displayed a discriminatory attitude, and even allowed other guests to join in on a private conversation between us, which was highly unprofessional.

Additionally, I asked an older woman a question, and she claimed to work at the hotel, but it turned out that this was not true. The staff member I dealt with lacked basic customer service skills and showed a lack of courtesy and respect toward guests.

I expected much better from this establishment and hope the management will address these issues to improve...
