The One Bistro & Bar — Restaurant in Prague

After a long day in Prague we visited this restaurant while we drove back to Germany. We came to this restaurant because of the good reviews and and to try something new.

Food We ordered two main dishes and both looked very nice but it was too less food and the taste was okay. The fist one was the Risotto with Basil’s, spinach, tomato and nuts for 240 CZK. It was cooked in a good way, but it was very simple and boring itself. For the garnish they used 2 tomatoes and some nuts as you can see on the foto. Furthermore the portion was not that big in comparison to the price. All in all it was okay but nothing special. The second one was the Corn fed Chicken Supreme for 265 CZK. This was a small portion too and I missed something like a potato or something like a other side dish than only vegetables. The taste of the chicken was very good and very juicy but that was all.

Restaurant It is really new and the interior is modern and very nice. You can sit inside and outside very comfortable.

Location The Restaurant is located into the Blue Orange Resort and outside of the city center. You will need a car to visit the location but you have some free parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant.

The one bistro partner for blue and orange hotel my hotel price including breakfast for blue and orange hotel guests. My husband had spine surgery before, after spine surgery never can get back to normal life and his back always tire and hurt. he could not sit in the chair too long for eat. I went to The one bistro to get my breakfast and bring it back to my room to eat for my husband. When l bring the food back to my room. The witnesses were tracing me to my room and said the food only eat in restaurant. I told her l want to eat it in my room and l will return your plate back. I am so tired and want to sleep more. She still said food must be eat in restaurant. I am a hotel guest l pay including breakfast l have 2 people and take 2 plates to my room to eat, what is my problem? Breakfast does not come with coffee the waiter said because is coffee beans need to pay extra. Every hotel l stay coffee is coffee beans and all you can drink. Před nedávnem jsme se zde rozhodli pro uspořádání velmi důležité soukromé události. Z několika návrhů, které jsme tehdy měli (pro nás známější podniky v centru) jsme zvolili The One Bistro a jak jsem posléze zjistil, tak už samotný název podniku je trefnou analogií všech jeho kvalit. Po prvním telefonátu s vedením bylo jasné, že jsme se rozhodli správně. Empatický, profesionální a vstřícný přístup pana vedoucího a celého personálu nám zajistil přirozený a plynulý chod od doby příprav až do konce, velkoryse nám poskytnul čas a prostory nad rámec stanovené domluvy a současně nám plnil ty nejmenší maličkosti. Totéž mohu říci i k výběru a kvalitě pokrmů, které nám byly připraveny na míru v několika provedeních a které jsme od samého počátku komunikovali s panem šéfkuchařem. Díky kombinaci zmíněného je pro mně toto místo skutečně The One -"and only" a tak naše návštěva zde rozhodně nebyla tou poslední.
