One sentence describes this hotel perfectly - "lack of care". The rooms look nice at first sight but when you look at the details you start to notice things - dust everywhere, windows that cannot be properly opened/closed, AC not working, heater regulation knob now working, pipes not done properly (=smell in the bathroom), wobbly toilet. The walls are very thin so you can hear pretty much everything. The sink to wash your hands is located outside of the bathroom. By far the best part of the room were the beds and matrasses. Absolutely filthy - full of food drops, skin drops, some grains, and full of stains. The blankets were exactly the same - yellow instead of white. At least the bed sheets looked clean. Maybe too clean cause I woke up with some contact rash on my skin. 1 star is too much. The dinner at the restaurant was underwhelming - gnocchi without any taste, hard to chew. Salad from totally overcooked peppers and tomatoes, with pieces of raw cucumbers (thank god for those) and a kilo of cottage cheese (why?). Pavlova was old, whipped cream tasteless. The prices do not reflect the quality. Luckily, there is a Lidl right next to the hotel so you can go there, get a bun, and feel much more satisfied. The breakfast was just like the dinner - the most basic you can get. Some supermarket stuff - musli, milk, yoghurt, defrosted buns, eidam 30%, a few apples and pears (thumbs up for those). The scrambled eggs were just bad. The "bábovka" (traditional Czech homemade sweet bun) was at least a week old, hard AF, tasteless (doubt it was made on the spot) The wellness, on the other hand, was nice. Very well thought-out changing rooms with a lot of nice details (weight scale, skin care products, hair products,...). The saunas were a little too small but still very nice and did the job fine. I loved the lighting in the saunas and the common room and the dark walls going with it. Very pleasant for the eyes. 4/5 TLDR: Absolutely worth the sauna visit. Not worth staying at the hotel itself.

I was lucky enough to have chosen a time of day where I landed up being alone in the wellness centre - it was awesome! I had booked my stay mostly due to the offer of massage, but unfortunately found out that in fact it was not available (no reason given). However, after using the steam room a few times (which is amazing btw and with a wonderful aroma) I had no need for the massage! :) The rooms are ok, or at least my room was ok (I have no idea about the other rooms), however, the bathroom was not 100% clean and for the first night I didn't have hot water. Aside from that, it is a relaxing and peaceful place, outside of the main areas of Prague, but not too far out. Also, the restaurant is quite good and breakfast was perfect! One last note: the health centre (gym area) is free of charge all day and totally worth it!

Nice small Hotel with extra gym. Rooms are fine but no table for workung with a Notebook or something. Room was clean and has climatization. Unfortunately the Minibar was empty. The matress on the bed is hard. Be aware of that. The Personal was able to speak good english. The food was very good and is prepared to be healthy. Unnecessary/unhealthy carbohydrates and fat are not part of the dishes but you can order them. The Menu is small but it has for everyone something on it. Summary: I enjoyed my stay and will miss the very good Coffee in the morning. The missing Star is for the nonexistent Mini Bar and that I got no spoon to my Müsli. But for me that is a half Star missing.

So we stayed at the Blue Orange Resort very recently, I booked this hotel because we were making a trip from Wroclaw, Poland for the day/1 night to see Prague but I didn't want to stay in Prague center as we have a car and it's too busy.

I liked the location of the hotel as only 20 min taxi from this resort into center of Prague.

I booked this hotel because it has a gym, and the pictures online looked fine.. but I was very disappointed with the gym. The equipment was very old, and just not that functional really. I felt like if this hotel advertised as a wellness hotel it would have a good gym right? But I guess no..

The room itself was also very dated, and honestly were in need of a good clean.. I felt like surfaces in the room were very grubby. The bathroom wasn't very nice, and the shower was so old the water pressure was not good at all. Definitely need maintenance on the room and better cleaning.

The breakfast was very basic, so I guess was okay..

If I'm honest we both really didn't like the hotel at all. I think the only positive I can say is the staff in the restaurant area were really lovely. Other than that, I sadly cannot recommend this hotel and I certainly don't consider it as a true wellness hotel. It isn't worth the price unfortunately.

I hope the hotel can take the feedback well, as not mean to be insulting but this place needs some love put into...

We specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised as a "wellness" hotel on booking.com.||To our great disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that there was an additional charge for using the wellness facilities. |||This information had not been disclosed prior to our booking, we were unaware of this surcharge. We feel that this should have been clearly communicated to us in advance. We booked your hotel assuming that the room rates were inclusive of the wellness facilities. ||Please advise in writing where the disclaimer and/or hotel policy of the surcharge for using the wellness facilities are available on your website.||Eventually we paid for the gym only to find that the jacuzzi was out of order - therefore we could not take full advantage of the wellness area.|| ||Further to this disappointment, the restaurant was also closed for the long weekend. ||The images of the breakfast on booking.com are rather misleading given that the breakfast service was just...
