Hotel Skandia — Hotel in Helsingør Municipality

We booked this hotel because of good reviews. Location is excellent, very central and convenient.||our room is in the 4th floor with the amazing view, but its very small around 7m² with very low ceiling. We requested another room, staff was very helpful.. transfer to double size room in the 3rd floor with the same prize.||||Room facilities is okay, but not impressive for 3 star hotel||coffee table, with flower **would be nice if the flower is real not made of plastic''||||Tv with 4 channel located at the corner of the room ''not comfortable for our neck'' need an upgrade||||2 single bed is comfortable, but not ideal for couple.||||Bathroom is okay||||Finally the breakfast, we got 2 take away bag ( 1 apple, croissant, juice, ham and bread with cheese and coffee) NO EGG, NO BUTTER, NO MARMALAIDE||||Overall stay was disappointing for 3 star hotel.||I can see a big potential, just a little upgrade on breakfast and facilities and...

This was an ideal hotel to stay in for a flying visit to Helsingør and the marvellous castle Kronborg. It was clean, the bedroom was basic plus plus. ||The town is very quaint and the hotel reflects this. It was unmanned some of the time but the system to get in and out worked well with no problems.||Tea and coffee making facilities were provided.||Breakfast was basic but more than adequate.|||If you need a quiet room ask for one at the back, the ones at the front have the tram going by, fine if the windows are closed but will wake you when they start in the morning if you want fresh air all night! ||Very friendly member of staff who was helpful ||The hotel was literally across the road from the station and if you plan to go across to Sweden the ferry port is a 5 minute walk.||Loved the hotel, loved Helsingør and loved...

A perfect location and run by a very friendly and serviceminded family that always are ready and more than willing providing you a perfect service. I have now been in this hotel 5 - 6 times over the last half a year and the experience is very high-end, every single time. ||||The rooms are cozy and very clean. Sheets and towels are super clean and compared to the prize its a perfect spot if you need to stay the night. ||||On top, the quality of the breakfast - including in the prize is much more than anyone will expect. It is very good and a lot to choose from. The staff is with an appropriate intervals coming by to check if anything is missing.
