This so called FAMILY restaurant had a menu outside displaying their lunch menu, valid until 4pm. We, group of 6, showed up little after 4pm and my autistic son saw an omelette on the menu. We made an order and were informed we would not be able to get an omelette because it was past 4pm. We tried to reason with the personal trying explain that there was no way of changing my son's mind once it was made. They did not care ad were making up stupid excuses about why it was impossible to serve my autistic son an omelette because then someone else could also demand something from the lunch menu. They were completely unwilling to make any exception for my son and argued in his presence making him feel incredibly uncomfortable and rejected. We were sitting outside due to my sons special autism dog and when we ordered an omelette from a grill on the other side of the street to calm my son down, we told in a very harsh and unreasonable matter that my son would not be allowed to eat his omelette ordered from the other restaurant with us while everyone else enjoyed our meal ordered from the restaurant. Needless to say after some harsh words we left this restaurant and will...
Read moreWe stopped here for lunch during a visit to Helsingør, and the experience was absolutely flawless. The restaurant is elegant, spotless, and well-organized. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We ordered a Classic Burger and a Pulled Pork Burger, both served with a well-cooked, flavorful baked potato. To drink: still water and a small draft beer (mellem fadøl). Both burgers were spectacular — the meat was fantastic: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The pulled pork melted like butter, and the classic burger was just as perfect. So good that we made sure to compliment the waitress so she could pass the message to the kitchen. There’s only one restroom, but it was spotless and well-maintained — a detail that really matters. A truly enjoyable lunch in a place that combines quality, care, and hospitality. Total: 421 DKK. A very fair price for...
Read moreOrdered the all you can eat ribs. If I only knew how much ribs that was actually served on plate one I should probably have chosen entry level of the ribs options. Madre Mia, I struggled even eating half of the ribs but I didn't give up. I used extreme will power to finish what I ordered. I'm also the kind of guy who is embarrassed to leave food in a restaurant. You eat what you order. Luckily the ribs were delicious and we had lots of time. I felt a little bit ashamed though as I had to, for the first time in my life, leave almost half my beer. But to my defense it was a 70cl Newcastle Brown Ale. That amount of ribs plus 70cl of beer is not a...
