Hotel Kronjylland — Hotel in Randers Municipality

Reception confirmed my dietary needs at check in. I had made a mistake with my booking (most likely on my part) and the receptionist basically said leave it with her and enjoy my stay. That was really welcome, I was really tired, slept 11 hours, fantastic shower, abd then nice receptionist on the way to breakfast and check out and there were some special warm buffet items just for me (I assume as there were no other guests when I went to breakfast). I am vegan, travelling alone and I felt taken care off. The lady looking after breakfast was lovely and brought almond milk to the table. First time in Randers and first time in this hotel. Honestly when I booked I was hesitant but it surprised me in a very good way. Big room with comfortable bed, sofa bed, desk, coffee table and good size bathroom. The attention is really good and there is in walking steps from everything in the city.

Breakfast is really good. Of course it could have more variation but it is not bad at all. I was at the hotel 3 weeks so eating the same every day for 3 weeks I got tired but it is actually very good.

The only "bad" thing (and I don't know how hot is in summer) is that there is no AC so I guess windows have to be open and there is a lot of traffic in the street. I recommend to use earplugs.

It is a very good hotel for the price. I always stay here when I visit the town (at least once a year) The hotel is recently renovated with beautiful décor. The beds are a bit hard though. The breakfast is simple, but good with everything you could need. My only issue, was that they only had one person working the restaurant in a fully booked hotel the last time I was there. She was stressed and couldn't keep up. But I have never experienced this before. The front desk is always helpful and smiling.
