We booked a flat for 2adults+2 children for one night. Very disturbing to check in via a phone on the wall... Then, when we enter the flat (number 16) , we were welcomed by a grutty old smell...||Stains on the sofa's and floors, all apliences in the kitchen were having a layer of grease, black mould on the bathroom walls, the shower curtain was brown at the bottom and was ever so smelly. What shocked us the most was the fact that there were NO WINDOWS in the 2 bedrooms... We have children with severe allergies and this was not helpful! We should've just left but with 2 small kids at 20.30 in the evening that was not an option. We had a tv but no remote control?! And the promised wifi was not working. This is a scam. We could not find the pictures of the flat we had on their website...||In the end we paid half the price and that was still toooooo much. This place reminded us of the times we were backpacking and staying...
Read moreWe also booked a one night stay and were directed to our room on the second floor (in English) from a wall telephone but the room was perfectly clean and fresh with windows which opened up and overlooked a back garden. As I recollect there was a small 'fridge into which we put our water/fresh fruit etc. My husband said the bed, which was not the height of comfort, gave him a bit of a crick in the neck for a couple of days. The breakast was very good, with a welcoming and pleasant environment, and for £72 overall I thought the motel was good value for this part of the world. Mini kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge & 4 burner electric stove. Perfect for a short stay. ||||Breakfast is in a lovely big, airy room with lots of food choices set out buffet style for you - yogurt, cereals, breads, eggs, fruits, veggies, cold meats, juices and coffee or tea.||||Across an intersection is the pedestrian shopping street with lovely shops & restaurants. Be sure to visit Apotek - a large shop with 3 floors of delightful items.||||Tip: The motel does not supply shampoo & conditioner, bar soap and facecloths.
