We ended staying here for 4 nights/5 days and it was amazing, the overnight agent Eric and a dark skin girl, I forgot her name 😳 (daytime agent) helped us with the check in and they assured every question or demand we had were answered for . The pool is probably the best part of it all, no closing time but yet there was a guy cleaning it every single early morning. The rooms are very nice, spacious. We upgraded after the first day Bc I wanted jacuzzi, the price isn’t bad at all. I booked this hotel through booking.com. I called to confirm that I had a reservation here and the lady hung up on me. I called again and no answer. I then sent two emails her first one was ignored. An employee responded to the second email and said I would be good to check in around 8pm and I would have a room. I arrived at the hotel between 7 and 8 and the guy at the front desk said the hotel was full. I showed him the email and confirmation I got. He said there was nothing he could do. The security guard in duty then said follow me. I followed him up the steps to the very nice looking room. I said this is nice. We went back downstairs to talk to the employee. My go to hotel when I am in the DR and spending some time outside of the usual all inclusive that I stay at (normally 2-4 days). The girl at the front desk is so nice, I had made my reservation via WhatsApp and they were well organized. The prices are very fair for what they offer (2 welcome drinks, breakfast included, a pool, full blown wifi & smart TV, and very strong AC). The only annoying part was that there was either a rooster or some other type of bird that was quite loud at 5AM not allowing us to sleep very well lol. Other than that, I have no complaints.
