I've traveled all over the world and this was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It's located in a gated community called Cap Cana, just 10-15min from the Punta Cana airport. There was free parking on the street nearby, and 24/7 front desk service and the employees (especially Jonel) we're all kind and hospitable! The boutique hotel is inside an old, quaint church, with gorgeous decorations, trees, plants and cozy places to sit throughout. There is also a stairway up to a bar with yummy (reasonably priced drinks), lots of comfortable places to sit/lay and great views of the marina. There were lots of good restaurants close by, our favorites were the pizzas at Dolce Italia and EVERYTHING at Barbudo. On the weekend the bars nearby had loud, fun music until about 1030pm, but we loved the vibe sitting from the rooftop, playing cards. Our room was on the smaller side but had a very comfortable king size bed and was decorated well. The shower water would get all over the bathroom but we just used a towel to soak it up. Our room had a smart TV to watch apps and a mini-fridge. The manager Jose was incredibly kind, hospitable and we really enjoyed the few times we were able to chat with him. They made us yummy espresso every morning and offered breakfast for $25 per person but it included everything, breads, juice, coffee, eggs, fruit, etc- We had a car, but they offered golf cart rides to the closest (gorgeous and not very busy) beaches. There is a beach club that charges $20 per person and the drinks there are VERY expensive, but right next door there is a restaurant (Mahalia) that had much more reasonable prices, good food and the strongest drinks we had anywhere on the island. They also have a pool and the same beach front as the overpriced club next door. If you walk a little farther down the beach you'll find a gorgeous (mostly empty) pristine white sand Beach with chairs you can lay in. If there's anyway you can get into the cenotes (natural, fresh water pools) at Ojos Indígenas, it is absolutely gorgeous and worth it to stay a while and swim/relax. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, but if for some reason you can't, at least go up on the roof and grab a drink, you'll be...

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel in the Dominican Republic, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel and service experience I have ever had.

From the very beginning, the staff treated us with genuine care, but one person in particular, Jonel, made our trip unforgettable. He truly knows everyone and somehow makes every guest feel like family. Any request we had was not only fulfilled but taken above and beyond expectations. He speaks 7–8 languages, which was so impressive, but even more than that—he is such a kind, genuine person outside of just his role. He made me feel like I was at home, always emphasizing that, and I can honestly say his world-class service was unlike anything I’ve experienced anywhere else. Truly a remarkable man of service and human being. Definitely made the trip infinitely better. He got things done! If you needed help or for something to work out - just asked Jonel and it was as good as done.

The hotel itself is a hidden gem—clean, quaint, and full of charm. The garden in the center of the property feels like a private jungle retreat, so peaceful and beautiful. Its location in the marina is excellent, surrounded by amazing dining options that are all walkable. The hotel even offers complimentary golf cart rides to the nearest beach, which is a lovely 10-minute ride. And if you want to venture further, it’s just a quick $4 taxi to Juanillo Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches we visited.

Beyond that, guests can also access pools located above the hotel in the marina villa areas, which are a great spot to relax with views of the water. There’s a 24-hour bar at the hotel itself, perfect for anytime convenience, and just steps away near the pools is a charming little beach bar with a relaxed vibe.

We also want to highlight Niel and Leandro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special as well. The entire team here is a true credit to the hotel.

We will absolutely be back. If you are looking for a hotel that combines comfort, charm, and outstanding service, this is the place. Thanks to Jonel, Niel, Leandro, and the rest of the staff for making our time here...

Unfortunately we had a pretty awful experience here. When we originally booked our reservation, it was for 5 nights and was paid upon arrival. Total charge of $1600. I messaged them beforehand and asked if we could reduce to 2 nights, and they said no problem. I arrived and you would think the price would be $1600/5 nights, yet somehow they ended up with $500/night fee, or $1000 for 2 nights. That made absolutely no sense, so we asked for a day to consider and look into options, and then said we could go with the original arrangement, only now they changed our price to $2000 for the 5 nights. This place is not even worth more than $200-300/night. You might as well just stay at a resort. While the interior decor is nice, that’s about all it offers. The breakfast was not very good and yet somehow $50 for 2 people, even though using fruit and things that seemed expired. We had a shower that didn’t properly drain, and also small bugs running around our room. Really regret our decision booking here. We ended up booking a much better airbnb that had rooftop view of the ocean and was $175/night. I really can’t believe the price they try to charge, when the place offers no amenities, the pool is tiny and you can’t really swim in, and only thing nice was interior decor.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant—truly above expectations. The service was exceptional, especially from Jonel, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The house itself has a beautiful colonial style that sets it apart from other places in the area, adding a unique charm to the experience. At first, we weren’t planning on having breakfast at the hotel, but we’re so glad we did. It’s absolutely worth it—there’s no better option nearby in terms of quality, variety, and quantity. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. It was a memorable and delightful experience from start to finish.
