This is a fine dining restaurant - if your wanting burgers & fries or a greasy pizza then this is NOT your place. The menu does have simple dishes but it is served with a fine dining flair. If you are wanting perfect service and food only served in a Michelin restaurants, then come and dine. The server served everything on our right side - most others here in the DR will reach over you or place your drinks and silverware wherever they can. My wife had the hand made clam chowder and it was a full meal & I had the beef risotto which is the best I have ever had from anywhere (even in Europe, Chicago or New York). I don't like Key lime pie but my wife does - so we gave it a try- I am so glad we did. The chef created an amazing desert - the presentation and flavor was perfect. Hint - if you scrape a little chocolate from the plate decor and add it to a spoonful of pie - it changes its flavor completely. Walk into the beautifully styled and luxurious restaurant of Casa Costa. From the moment we stepped foot into this space, we felt an incredible warm, welcoming feeling. The service was incredible, the staff are very polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful dining experience. The food was very flavorful, fresh, and made with passion. The rigatoni dish was very delicious with flavors that melt in your mouth. Casa Costa in Cap Cana is a must-visit—elegant decor, incredible food, and outstanding service. The owner (a true gentleman!) shared that some inspiration came from his previous restaurant, Lorenzillo’s (a ship!).
