This review will basically be about our experience not so much of the hotel itself! I must say this hotel was not what I expected or perhaps my expectations were too high. All in all it wasn’t expensive and could use a facelift and would be an absolute increíble hotel! But I must say the hotel has the a potential beyond any other, the staff made our stay, breakfast was included and just to say if you stay there don’t wait until 10:30 because they do not replenish but breakfast was pretty good, now let me tell you about the staff, we had dinner at their beach restaurant every night for 3 nights there, why? Easy the staff was amazing! |Magdalena and Ronny and Esther made sure our food was what we wanted.|Aylin and her witty jokes made our time awesome! Miguel made us laugh and made sure we had everything we needed and boy he could certainly get around each table cracking jokes.||But there Star was Veronica, she was beyond accommodating answered questions about the area, so accommodating she knew exactly what we needed and had the most incredible smile! She is definitely and huge asset.||If your looking for marble floors and glamour perhaps this is not for your but of your looking for rustic great price and clean place to stay this is your spot! |The beach...
Read moreI’ve stayed here multiple times. This is my favorite place to stay in Las Terrenas. The breakfast buffet was so fresh and delicious. The yummy drinks brought straight to you whether you are in the pool or laying out on the beach. I went with my elderly mother and we got a little apartment on the second floor. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the second of arrival. A special shout out to Mary who really took such good care of us. What a kind and special soul. I look forward to returning. This outdated feel can sometimes make the rooms seem less clean, even if they are well-maintained. The overall hotel structure also appears old and could benefit from a refresh to improve its visual appeal. Despite these issues, the excellent service and great location still made for an...
