La Junglita Guest House — Hotel in Samana

My 8-year-old son and I had a magical stay in La Junglita. Big garden with many corners to explore and beautifully decorated bungalows. Ours was very spacious and comfortable and everything was well thought through. You can feel the care and attention the owners have put into the place while also welcoming the wild. I especially enjoyed that the outside lights are turned off at night to give the night creatures their time to play. On-site composting and responsible garbage management is not something you will easily find in touristic areas in the Dominican Republic. welcomed by a lavish garden, singing birds and scented flowers, my kids and I were nested into our Bungalow ...No words can encapsulate the warmth of the hosts and the peacefulness of the site. At 5 mn walk to the town and 4mn walk to the sea, La Junglita is a beacon in the Las Galeras town ...We also easily booked tours to "el Salto del Limon" at La Samana, visited other locations by bicycle and had a great time mingling with the locals!
