This place is nice in the middle of city where traffic can be overwhelming but once you get here, it will change. The entire property is super clean. They have rooms w/ balconies which are nice to enjoy a beer or glass of wine. Not expensive at all. There are plenty of places in the area to eat and if you don't feel like going out, just ask the front desk associate to recommend and perhaps order the food for you. Overall I will recommend this property to anybody who want to spend time in Guayaquil and doesn't have to break their budget. If you have any specific requirements, just ask, staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate...

Mucha buya en el pasillo..en la tarde.. bullicio en la madrugada desde las 10 de la noche después a las 11 .12 medianoche pasada 2 de la. Madrugada y que no haya nadie quien pueda decir por favor hagan silencio.o q respeten...los cortes de luz provocaron dos veces mi caída en las escaleras..y x ultimo tuve q ir al hospital x mi golpe en la cabeza dentro del hostal. X arreglar la señal de la tv... Un mes y más indiga dentro de la habitación. No hay señal..pon clave password para poder ver un simple noticiero.eso constante..en realidad no se sabe mala conección .no hay wifi.desmotivacion en ese. Aspecto.sirmpre x ratos tengo que molestar a los de recepción no hay señal.o ayudame etc.no bueno.en particular mala experiencia.ponerse más las pilas x...

Me encantó hospedarme aquí. La señal de wifi fue excelente durante toda mi estadía, ideal para trabajar sin interrupciones. La atención del personal es muy cordial y profesional, siempre con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones y áreas comunes están impecables, se nota que cuidan mucho el aseo.
