Luxva Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Guayaquil

I was so lucky to find this luxury rain forest oasis in the middle of an urban jungle that is Guayaqil during my long 7 hour layover from the enchanting Galapagos! I was welcomed at the airport by a tall and dashing hotel limousine driver who took me on an exciting tour of Guayaqil before arriving at this palatial abode! I felt like the princess of Guayaqil having a luxurious mosaic tiled and lighted pool all to myself-along with a breathtaking expansive tennis court surrounded by towering palm trees and foliage! My room was covered with exquisite black italian marble and granite along with vaulted high ceilings decorated with crafted artistic mouldings! My door not a standard door: it was enormous and fashioned of lavish extravagant wood. Th plush towels were pristinely folded throughout the perfectly polished marble bathroom. This was the most beautifully designed home away from home! I could easily stay there forever instead of the few hours that I did. The front desk services were very professional and communication was welcoming and proficient as I had called hotel the day prior to booking and arrival since I required airport transportation. Staying here transported me to an elegant jungle paradise in the middle of an urban jungle so it was the perfect place for a layover or even long term lifetime stay! All the staff were wonderful and some became my Facebook friends! I found that my first visit to Ecuador and the Galapagos was filled with the friendliest and most genuine of people ever! If you find yourself in need of assistance with taxi bookings and you don't speak English, this place is the perfect choice. Not only will you receive the help you need, but you'll also be welcomed into a safe and comfortable living environment.

Terrific, peaceful oasis in city. You enter the gate into lovely garden area. Staff go above and beyond to meet every request or need. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden as well as lots of closet space and a desk. While there, my husband suffered a serious illness and staff responded quickly, called medical services, and were very helpful in every way including translating for us.
