Nice place in a private and secured area, away from the center of the City. Beware the cost of everything is 50% above the rest of the City. Beware Residents in this area r stuck up people who profiles you on the way you are dressed/tattoos/ hairstyle. The river smell[fish oil] tends to become annoying at times, but your security comes with sacrifices. Definitely a good choice to stay...

Not a place to live, its party after party almost nightly if not in one of the bellini buildings or spazio it's in the surrounds. Theres little to no control over this matter.. not a place to get your sleep at night...

Beatiful organic and armonic architecture. I always love Guayaquil, although I had never lived there, I alwas visit it. Is a pity there ae no longer flights from Loja to Guayaquil....Hope they will...

Beware Residents in this area r stuck up people who profiles you on the way you are dressed/tattoos/ hairstyle. The river smell[fish oil] tends to become annoying at times, but your security comes with sacrifices. Definitely a good choice to stay around this area.
