This place used to be great! And I mean it, everything used to be done to perfection, but now the coffee is bland. I do believe that it depends on the place, but this should be checked, however, if you go here the great thing to order is a mocaccino with a shot of cacao, you won’t regret it (hopefully by the time you try it, it’s still great) on the other hand DO NOT order a cappuccino, the taste is too milky and there’s just a coffee aroma. I visited here a while ago. I ordered coffee and some desserts and ate them. I went to the bathroom for a while and they cleared my seat. They also took my water bottle away. Why on earth? Fuimos al S&C del Cerro santa Ana en Guayaquil. Llegamos un grupo grande con varios niños pequeños. Los empleados estaban viendo el UFC. Se les pidió amablemente que por favor cambiaran de canal en 3 ocasiones. Nos dijeron que no saben que poner. Se les recomendo que pusieran algo familiar, deportes o incluso noticias. De mala gana pusieron deportes. Hicimos el pedido y nos fuimos a sentar. Una vez sentados volvieron a cambiar el canal a la UFC. Hay varias familias con niños y todos tuvieron que cambiarse de puesto para que los susodichos de los empleados puedan seguir viendo las peleas. Para la próxima no pongan la tele frente a los empleados sino en un lugar de preferencia para los clientes.
