HOSTAL ALBATROS — Hotel in Parroquia Puerto Baquerizo Moreno

For 30us a night I expected much better, the lady offered a friend of mine (she didn’t know) 25us the water had to be asked to be turned to hot every time. I said I needed wifi for my roof for work she said it’s the best, didn’t even reach my room. Wifi in main area was good though. Air con was good but made a lot of noise. I was searching for a cheap but nice hostel in San Cristóbal. A really nice and friendly lady welcomed me and showed me the room. Nothing special but for the price ok. But after I moved in and paid I saw the disaster. The room and even the bathroom was so dirty, it seemed that it hasn't been cleaned for a while and there a even bugs in the rooms! Owner is really friendly but this accommodation is very basic. Some rooms had no hot water, rooms were not cleaned everyday which meant the bathroom smelled, rooms were cramped and as many people fitted in as possible, and there was inconsistency in the price people paid.
