I recently stayed at XU San Stefano Hotel and was truly impressed by the outstanding level of service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of with professionalism and genuine care. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views and excellent amenities.

However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional kindness and thoughtfulness of Mr. Ehab. He went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable, especially my baby son. One morning, without us even asking, Mr. Ehab prepared a special breakfast for my baby and personally delivered it to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant a lot to us as parents. His care and attention were deeply appreciated and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

First, I’ll begin by pointing out that the pool was so unclean that both my nephew and I got sick. We ended up with rashes all over our bodies. At first, we thought it was just sunburn, but when it started getting worse and we went to the doctor, he told us it was from being in unclean water. I will never return to this location. I was very disappointed with the service, the security process upon entry, and the poor quality in the café. Everything was overpriced, and there were very few options available for our food allergies. On top of that, we were not allowed to bring or order our own food. We arrived, paid the full amount and been asked to wait a little till they check the room. Some foreign guests arrived and then the receptionist informed me that my room will have 2 beds instead of the king size bed i wanted (this happened after i paid) otherwise i can have another room with king size bed but the view is not as the one she previously described when i arrived !!! I asked to talk to the manager who shown us both rooms and nothing more. I requested a refund and it was done on spot as if they were waiting me to ask for it.
