I had an amazing experience at a Chinese restaurant in Alexandria that I absolutely loved! The food was beyond delicious — we ordered the Vegetables spring roll , BBQ shrimp, chicken with potatoes ,hand made vegetable noodles, and fried ice cream, and everything was cooked to perfection.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful red-themed décor and soft lighting that created a cozy, unique atmosphere. It really felt like I had stepped into a little corner of China.

What made the visit even more special was meeting the Chinese chef himself! He was so kind and welcoming, and I even got to take a photo with him. It really added a personal touch to the whole evening.

The only small note is that some of the staff seemed a bit inexperienced when it came to explaining the dishes, but they were very polite and helpful overall.
